The event may not be open to the public this year, but that doesn’t stop you getting your Barbury Horse Trials fix! H&C are thrilled to be bringing you a stream of the XC on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th July – including BE100, Novice and Intermediate classes.

Barbury will be the first run of the season for many horses, so viewers will find that fences are built accordingly to accommodate this, with the organisers determined to create the best possible conditions to compete.

The schedule

The first start for both days is set for 09.30am BST – with multiple classes on each day.

There is due to be 226 horses starting on Saturday 11th for the Novice course, which runs until 05.30pm BST. There will then be 24 horses from the BE100 class starting at 17.40pm BST on Saturday 11th. Streaming is due to finish at 18.40pm BST.

On Sunday 12th, the first horse to start the BE100 track will be at 09.30am BST – with 146 others to follow. The Intermediate class will then start at 02.40pm – with 59 horses set to start. Lastly, the Novice track (of 53 horses) will start to run at 05.00pm BST – with streaming due to finish at 07.00pm BST.
